Is CubbyPro really free?
The Starter plan is free for centres with up to 5 children — no credit card required. You get digital check-in/out, parent messaging, activity logging, and basic reports at no cost.
Where is my data stored?
Your centre's data — child records, attendance, photos, messages, and financial data — is stored on infrastructure located in Canada. A small number of service-provider functions operate from the United States: authentication (our identity provider), optional AI inference on non-personal parameters only, and payment processing when a centre enables payments. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Do parents need to install an app?
CubbyPro is available as an app on both Android (Google Play) and Apple (App Store) phones. Parents can also access everything through any browser on their phone, tablet, or computer — no download required.
Does it support CWELCC reporting?
Yes. CubbyPro generates FTE reports, fee cap reconciliation, workforce compliance tracking, SFR expense mapping, and monthly ROA — all aligned with 2026 Ontario CWELCC requirements. Reports export to CSV.
What if I have multiple centres?
The Enterprise plan supports multi-centre management with separate data isolation per location and consolidated reporting across your organization. Contact sales to discuss your needs.
Can I import existing children and families?
Yes. Directors can add children and parents through the admin interface. For bulk imports or data migration from other platforms, Enterprise plans include data migration assistance.
Which curriculum frameworks are supported?
CubbyPro supports Montessori Primary (3-6), Ontario ELECT, Alberta Flight, and BC ELF frameworks. Directors choose their framework in settings, and the system tracks milestones accordingly. Progress reports can be exported as PDFs for parents.
