Activities, photos, and daily plans

Log an activity from Activities or from the dashboard. Choose the students, the type, and add a photo if you like. Parents see it in their feed and in the daily summary email.

Logging for a group For Meal, Nap, Diaper, Potty, Mood and Activity with two or more students there is a switch. It opens on Each child: one row per student so each can have a different pick (several for Activity), with Skip for one it does not apply to. Six rows show at a time, with Show 6 more for the next six. Same for everyone is one tap for the group. Flip between them at any time.

Photos and videos Select up to 20 at once. Photos can be up to 10 MB each, and videos up to about 5 minutes long (1 GB). Filming in 1080p instead of 4K fits more video. They upload together, with a progress bar, and post as one entry, so parents get one notification for the batch.

Time When shows the time now; change it before you log to record when it really happened. Leave it alone and the entry gets the time you press Log. Open an entry from the timeline to edit or delete it.

Timeline Filter to one student or view the whole class. Potty entries include Pee accident and Poo accident for potty-training records.

Photos & Videos under Student Management is the gallery for everything shared with families.

Photos on the newsfeed An upload on the Photos & Videos page also appears on the newsfeed as one post. Every upload needs at least one child tagged; All children tags the whole group in one tap. Families see it only when their child is tagged, and they see only their own child’s name. Staff see it the same way they see it on the Photos & Videos page. Photos added to a logged activity, such as a meal or a diaper change, stay in the daily log and do not go to the newsfeed.

Daily Plans: select a date and class, then click + Create Plan or use AI Generate for a starting point you can edit.

Menu Builder: select a week, fill in meals per day, and click Publish. Parents see the published menu in their portal.
