Dashboard alerts

Two master toggles, both on by default.

Operational alerts. Staff not clocked in, children not accounted for, forgotten clock-outs, pending incidents, overdue sleep checks, and critical events. Turning this off also hides the Safe Arrival widget, so you are warned before it applies.

Compliance alerts. The Compliance card on the dashboard and the fire-drill-overdue banner.

Alerts respect the operating days you set on the same tab. Nothing fires on a closed day.
