Passwords and kiosk PINs

A password signs someone in to the web app or mobile app. A kiosk PIN is a 4 to 6 digit code for clocking in and PIN-gated actions on a shared classroom device. They are separate.

Reset a staff password

Staff › click the menu beside the staff member › Reset Password. A temporary password is emailed to them.

Reset your own password

Use Forgot password on the login screen.

Reset a staff PIN

Staff › menu beside the staff member › Reset PIN. The temporary PIN appears on screen for you to share.

Change your own PIN

Settings › Director Profile › Kiosk PIN card.
