Centre director / administrator

Full access to every page, including billing, staff, compliance, and settings.

ECE teacher / assistant / supply

Classroom features only, scoped to their assigned classes: check-in, activities, incidents, time clock, messages.

Cook / custodian

Time clock only.

Accountant

Billing and finance pages only.

Parent

Their own children only, in the parent portal and mobile app.

Teachers only see students in the classes they are assigned to. If a teacher cannot find a student, check their class assignment on the Staff page.
