Child forms and e-signatures

Forms are templates a parent completes and signs. Permission slips, consents, field trips.

Build a template with the AI builder, describe the form and it drafts the fields, or build it manually. Mark a field required to make it mandatory at signing.

Send a form to one child’s family, or use Send to all families to send one per child.

You can pre-fill fields before sending. Pre-filled child and parent details stay editable by the parent, so they can correct anything. Required fields must hold an answer before the signature goes through.

The signed form lands on the child profile, under the Forms tab, with the signature and a timestamp.
