Registration links and the enrollment form

Registration forms are PUBLIC links for prospective families. A submission creates a pipeline entry. Build one with AI or manually, then copy the link to your website or social media.

Editing a registration form updates the existing link immediately. No re-sharing needed.

The built-in enrollment form is different. It is sent per family from a pipeline entry, never shared as a public link. Use its Preview button to see exactly what families see.

Registration forms are separate from child forms and do not appear on the Forms page.
