Compliance tracking

The Compliance page tracks the CCEYA operational items: playground inspections, fire safety, lead water flushing, toy sanitization, public health inspection, liability insurance, and the operating licence. Each has a frequency and a reminder window.

Mark items done as they happen. Daily items reset themselves. Overdue items go red on the dashboard.

Provider certificates are separate. Open the provider’s page to view and update expiry dates for the vulnerable sector check, first aid, and RECE.

Contact any provider whose document expires within 30 days and record the follow-up in their message thread.

An expired vulnerable sector check goes to the agency owner the same day.
