- Administrator
- Day-to-day operations. Providers, children, attendance, enrolment, messaging.
- Accountant
- Finance. Provider pay cycles, parent invoices, tax receipts.
- Provider
- Their own home only. Check-ins, activities, log book, menus, newsfeed, safe arrival, their profile.
Note. CubbyPro does not collect or store provider bank account details. Direct deposit is set up through the agency’s own banking process, outside the system.
