The automatic true-up

Where. No page to visit. True-ups appear as labelled lines on the next generated invoice.

Because invoices go out in advance, each new invoice reconciles the previous period automatically, once per day, as labelled adjustment lines.

Late pickups beyond the grace window become charges, for the extra hours only: a rate or plan change since the invoice never shows up as a late pickup.

Non-billable closures on billed days become credits. A part day credits the difference to the shorter day.

Schedule changes made after an invoice was sent settle themselves too. Days that were removed come back as credits. Days that were added get charged.

A day the child came with no hours booked (a paused day, an extra Saturday) is charged for the hours they stayed, as Extra day. A closure deleted, or made billable, after the invoice went out is charged back as Closure change charge.

Do not manually re-bill late pickups and do not manually credit closures. The true-up handles both. Manual adjustments are for genuinely one-off items.
