What shows Your own events, events the agency shares with providers (marked Agency, read-only), and birthdays for the children in your home.

Adding an event Press + Add Event, or tap a day in Month view. Title and Start Date are required. Untick All day event for start and end times. Choose a Type (General, PD Day, Meeting, Field Trip, Celebration, Deadline, Safety Drill, Personal, or Tour) and Visible To: Provider (just you), Everyone, or Parents.

Parents See only events marked Everyone or Parents, read-only.

Reminders An event with a time that starts within 15 minutes shows a banner on your dashboard and a Starting soon pill on the Calendar card. All-day events do not.

Closure days set by the agency are not on this calendar. Ask the office for the closure list.
