Start here: your first day

1. Open the invitation email from your agency and complete the onboarding form. Submit it for agency review.
2. If the agency requests changes, reopen the link, read its note, make the changes, and submit again.
3. After approval, open the password email, set your password, and sign in at cubbypro.com/app.
4. Open My Profile. Check your contact details, home information, certificates, and emergency contact.
5. Open Children to confirm the children placed with your home. Ask the agency to fix any missing or incorrect child or schedule before care begins.
