Logging activities

Activities are the timeline parents see for their child, and your own record of the day.

Type Meal/Snack, Nap/Rest, Diaper, Potty, Activity, Mood/Behaviour, Milestone, Health Note, or Photo Moment. Activity and Milestone let you tick several things at once and log one clean entry for each.

Who Pick one child, several, or leave it on All checked-in children. One entry goes to each child. If nobody is checked in you will be told when you press Log.

When The entry is logged for now. Tap Change date/time to record when it really happened, for example a nap you write up after pickups. It cannot be in the future.

Note and photos An optional note, and photos or videos from your camera roll. See Photos and videos.

Two or more children For Meal, Nap, Diaper, Potty and Mood a switch appears above the options: Same for everyone or Each child. Same for everyone is one tap for the whole group. Each child gives one row per child so each can have a different pick, with Skip for a child it does not apply to. Six rows show at a time; Show N more reveals the rest. You can flip between the two at any time; nothing you set is lost.

Log The button says how many children the entry goes to. Parents get one notification per entry, not one per photo.
