Adding Choose from library or Take photo. Select up to 20 at once. Images up to 10 MB, videos up to 100 MB; anything over the limit is skipped with a reason and the rest still upload. iPhone HEIC photos are converted for you.

One entry, one notice The batch posts as one entry on the timeline and parents get one notification for it. On the Photos & Videos page the button reads Upload & Notify Parents; tag the children who are in the picture and add a note.

Who sees a photo The families of the children the entry is for, or who are tagged. Nobody else. If your agency holds notices until check-out, parents see the day’s photos when their child is checked out.

The gallery Photos & Videos lists everything from your home, filtered by month and child. Open a photo to add or remove tags, save it, or Delete it permanently.
