Certificates and expiry dates

The agency checks your Police / VSC, First aid, CPR and Food handler dates and your uploaded documents. Amber means 30 days or less to renew.

Renew, upload the new certificate under Home & Documents, and update the expiry date on My Profile. Delete the old one once the new one is in.
