The agency reviews this page to verify your compliance, so keep it current. It has three tabs: My Profile, Home & Documents, and MFA & Devices.

My Profile Profile photo (Choose image…, JPG or PNG up to 5 MB), Full name, Phone, RECE certified and RECE number, ECE level or program, and four expiry dates: Police / VSC, First aid, CPR, and Food handler. Then your emergency contact (name, phone, relationship) and a Short bio that families and the agency see. Press Save profile.

Home & Documents Home name, street address, city, postal code, and a description. Press Save home info. Your region is shown but set by the agency, as is your capacity.

Uploading a document Pick the type (Police check / VSC, Liability insurance, First aid certificate, CPR certificate, ECE certificate, RECE certificate, Home inspection, CMSM license, or Other), add the expiry date and any notes, choose the file (PDF, JPG or PNG up to 10 MB) and press Upload document.

Expiry colours Red means expired, amber means it expires within 30 days, green is fine. View opens the file; Delete removes it after a confirmation. The agency sees everything you upload here.

MFA & Devices Adds a second step at sign-in on devices you have not used before. Choose Email code, Text message (SMS), or Authenticator app, and save your Recovery codes. Trusted devices skip the second step for 30 days; you can Revoke one or Sign out everywhere.

Note. Banking details are collected once during onboarding and are not shown in the portal afterwards. To change them, contact the agency office; only the agency owner and accountant can see them, and every viewing is logged.
