The portal on your phone

Where. Open cubbypro.com/app in your phone’s browser

The portal is a website, so it works in Safari or Chrome with nothing to install. Add it to your home screen for one-tap access.

Bottom bar On a phone the sidebar is replaced by a bar along the bottom: Dashboard, Calendar, Check in, Log book, and Menu. Menu opens an All Pages sheet with every page and a Sign Out button.

Top bar Your home name on the left and a round Help button on the right. Help opens an assistant that answers questions about the page you are on and can send a support request.

Sidebar on a tablet or computer Sections are Dashboard, Daily Operations, Children, Communication, Compliance, Forms, and System. One section is open at a time; tap another to switch. The active page’s section opens on its own.

Your photo Tap the avatar circle at the bottom of the sidebar to change it. Image files up to 5 MB.

Refresh and back The page you are on is kept in the address, so a refresh brings you back to the same page. The browser Back button leaves the portal rather than stepping through pages; use the sidebar or the bottom bar.

Sign out The door icon at the bottom of the sidebar, or Sign Out at the bottom of the phone Menu sheet.
