Four items, each ✓ or !, and a percentage that is also the Daily tasks number on your dashboard and on the agency’s view of your home.
- Daily log book
- Done when today’s log book is submitted. A saved draft shows “Started — not submitted yet”.
- Daily check-in / check-out
- Fails only when the system had to close a check-out for you in the last 24 hours. Children who have not arrived yet are not a failure.
- Sleep checks
- Fails while any napping child’s last check is more than 30 minutes old.
- Safe arrival
- Fails while a safe arrival case is open with no call logged.
Each failing item has a button straight to the page that fixes it: Open log book, Open check-in, Open sleep monitor, Open safe arrival.
On a closure day or a day your home is not open, nothing is due and the page says “Home is closed today”. The only exception is a check-out the system closed for you, which still needs the agency to correct it.
