Sleep tracking
A visual check every 30 minutes for every sleeping child, all ages. This page records the checks; the timeline’s Nap entry is what parents see.
Starting a nap Log Fell asleep on the timeline or from a child’s ⋮ menu, or press Nap on the child’s card on this page. Only children checked in today are listed here.
Checking Each sleeping child shows a countdown to the next check. Press Visual Check OK. Amber at 27 minutes means due soon; red after 32 minutes means overdue, with a banner at the top of the page until you log it.
Waking Press Wake, or log Woke up on the timeline. The nap ends and the timeline gets “Woke up after N min”.
From the dashboard The Sleep monitor card lists napping children with the time since their last check and a pill: On schedule, Due soon, or Overdue. ✓ Sleep check and Awake work without opening the page.
Fixing a time Edit time on a nap or a check. Give a reason; the change is marked “edited” and recorded in the audit log. Times cannot be in the future.
Records View logs for a day and child, Download CSV, or PDF for the day’s audit package (attendance, sleep checks, incidents). Today’s Sleep Log at the bottom lists every check with who did it.
Missed checks show on your Daily tasks and to the agency. Do them on time, not after the fact.
