Closures and days off
Where. The agency sets these. Tell the office in advance.
Closure days are entered by the agency: stat holidays, your vacation, sick days, professional development. You cannot add them yourself.
On a closure day nothing is due from you and children are not billed for the day. Give the office as much notice as you can.
Closures do not show on your calendar. If you are unsure whether a day is recorded, ask through the Agency thread.
