Parents see only what is published. Everything else is a draft.

Weekly grid Breakfast, AM Snack, Lunch and PM Snack for each day. Use the arrows to move between weeks. Save Draft keeps it to yourself; Publish shows it to parents. Notes at the bottom are visible to parents.

Upload instead Press + Upload Menu for a PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB, label the period (for example “April 2026”), then Publish on that row. Parents see the file with Download and Open full size.

One or the other Publishing the weekly grid unpublishes any uploaded menu, and publishing an upload unpublishes the grid. Parents always see one thing.

Editing a published week Change the cells and press Publish again.
