Who sees what

- Parents see
- The activities, photos and videos you log for their child, your newsfeed posts, your published menu, calendar events marked for parents, and the messages you send them. Emails and app notices to parents are branded with the agency name.
- The agency sees
- Your check-ins and check-outs, daily tasks percentage, log book, safe arrival cases, today’s plan, your uploaded documents and expiry dates, your newsfeed posts, and your messages to the agency. It does not see your messages with parents.
- You see
- Your own home only: the children placed with you, their contacts and schedules, and your own records.
What you cannot change A child’s schedule or profile details, your home’s region or capacity, your sign-in email, closure days, and form templates. Those requests go to the agency office.
