Children and their profiles

The children placed with you, with age, allergies and status. Search by name; filter Active, Withdrawn, or All.

The profile Open a child for Info, Health & Medical, Parents & Authorized Pickup, Schedule, Forms, Consents, Files, Activity, and Photos.

Read-only The agency manages the details. Names, dates, addresses, health card, doctor, allergies, dietary and medical notes, meal restrictions, parents, custody notes, authorized pickups and emergency contacts are shown but locked. If something is wrong, message the agency.

You can change The child’s photo. Upload or Change Photo, JPG or PNG under 5 MB, then Save Changes.

Schedule The weekly drop-off and pickup windows. The agency edits these; changes come through the office.

Files and consents Files lists the child’s documents; you can view and upload but not delete. Consents shows each consent as Consented or Declined with the signed PDF under Files.

There is no billing on a child’s profile in your portal. Fees and invoices are between the agency and the parent.
