A plan for the day: what you will do and when. The agency sees today’s plan on its dashboard, and it feeds the program plan line in your log book.

Adding Pick the date, press + Add Activity. Only Activity Name is required; add a start and end time, a type (Circle Time, Free Play, Art & Craft, Outdoor Play, and so on), a learning domain, materials, and notes. Saving makes it live; there is no publish step.

Copying a day In Day view, set Copy from to another date and press Copy Plans. Everything from that day is copied to the selected one.

AI Generate Give an optional theme (Spring, Ocean Animals, Farm, and others) and press Generate Plan. Review the draft, edit or remove rows, then Save. Treat it as a starting point.

Week view Sunday to Saturday, 8 am to 4 pm, one glance at the week.
